Karen told us the following story:
I have mentally accepted the fact that this body of mine has gone through a lot, but I didn’t accept the fact that I would be miserable for the rest of my life. I have been so self conscious of myself due to the weight gain. I didn’t like to be in pictures and was very unhappy. I decided to take control of the situation and make an appointment for a consultation with the ladies at Revive Wellness & Aesthetics. I’m so glad I did.
I started the Tirzepatide injections in December 2023. In the 8 months while I have been on it, I lost 58 pounds. I still have about 40 or more to go. Some months have been slow but I kept the faith, and the weight started to come off. The biggest surprise for me was how the inches just fell off in my hips, stomach, and rump. At 56 it was time to do something for me and I did it!! I am healthier than I have been in years and feel great. I’m not trying for perfection, but I will celebrate the new me daily!
